As serial entrepreneurs and inventors Ron & Alexandra Seigel emerged as the leading brand strategists in luxury real estate soon after founding Napa Consultants, International in 2002. They reached the pinnacle in this field as advisors to another power couple who live and work in one of the wealthiest community in the world, Ocean Reef, a private club in Key Largo, Florida. This has been an ongoing assignment. (See the Case Study).

After two years of R&D, Ron and Alexandra co-founded BEEEP LLC in 2026, to provide auction houses and the ecosystem of high-value collectibles and fine art, including museums, with a patented asset verification and engagement platform. After authentication by the auction house, each subsequent scan/BEEEP verifies the asset before engagement begins — ensuring provenance, permissions, and role-based information remain intact across its full lifecycle. Authentication establishes trust. BEEEP preserves it.

ABOUT RON & ALEXANDRA SEIGEL

Ron and Alexandra Seigel are the managing partners of Napa Consultants, International and Co-Founders of BEEEP. They are serial entrepreneur and inventors of a patented digital advertising methodology in travel commerce. In the 1970's they taught over 100 weekend courses on building high-trust personal and business relationships that were accredited as continuing education in psychology at UC Berkeley and the University of San Francisco. They provided thousands of hours of personal and professional coaching for private clients and developed a coaching training program, based on their proprietary methodology, for a major international personal development firm. 

In the 80's and 90's the Seigels owned a commercial real estate firm in Beverly Hills, specializing in sales and leasing for the high-end retail and entertainment industry sectors.  

They then emerged in the new millennium as the leading brand strategists in the luxury real estate industry working internationally with developers, professionals, and independent firms who were bent on becoming market leaders.
